Maximum odor control. Minimum upkeep.
Effective odor control and air purification.
Sonozaire odor neutralizers provide effective odor control and air purification for a variety of industrial and commercial applications. These units generate ozone from atmospheric oxygen to eliminate odors – rather than “perfume” or mask them – and to retard bacterial growth.
Since 1979, Sonozaire units have been used to control or remove odors caused by a variety of other sources, all without the use of chemicals. Sonozaire units operate unattended and need only occasional cleaning and maintenance.
Industrial Ozone Generators
Sonozaire units have proven effective for treating odors in factories and plants; disaster areas; garbage compactors and rooms; offices; dry cleaning facilities; food storage areas; apartments and homes; and planes, automobiles and boats.
Waste Industry
Sonozaire is the waste industry’s solution to odor control for compactors and containers. Odors are not “perfumed” – they are destroyed!
Cleaning / Restoration
Sonozaire is used to remove the odors from smoke, mold, mildew, chemicals, etc. associated with disasters.
Auto Detailing
Completely remove odors from used cars, rentals, buses, trucks, limousines boats, planes, etc., caused by tobacco smoke, mildew, pets, spoiled food, chemicals, etc.
Public Venues
Sonozaire odor neutralizers cleanse the air of impuritites and staleness, elminate tobacco smoke, process odors, etc.
Unattended Operation!
Sonozaire machines have an adjustable ozone output level to allow maximum output for short treatments, lower levels for longer treatments or continuous use. Sonozaire industrial ozone generators are designed to be used in uninhabited areas, or used at volumes that are limited by OSHA or EPA regulations. All models, except the 5G, allow users to adjust the ozone output according to the level of odor and the desired duration of treatment.
Ozone Generation.
Say hello to fresh air.
Sonozaire Odor Neutralizers are industrial ozone generators. They produce ozone electronically from oxygen in the air. These units do not use any chemicals, operate unattended and need only occasional cleaning and maintenance. They contain electrical and electronic components to generate ozone, using only small amounts of electricity.
Industrial Ozone Generators
All Sonozaire models are industrial ozone generators capable of producing high levels of ozone electronically from oxygen in the air. They contain electrical and electronic components to generate ozone, using only small amounts of electricity. Ozone output is 100% adjustable to match the odor levels.
Sonozaire units destroy odors, retard bacterial growth and slime production, and circulate the ozone allowing it to destroy the odor molecules. Industrial ozone generators are designed to be used in uninhabited areas, or used at volumes that are limited by OSHA or EPA regulations.
How is Ozone Produced?
Ozone (O3) is a form of oxygen (O2) that contains three atoms instead of two. Ozone is slightly heavier than air, and at low concentrations smells slightly sweet. At higher concentrations has a pungent aroma. Ozone, naturally returns to its original form of oxygen.
The most popular method of producing ozone is by “corona discharge,” which simply means generating a high voltage electrical field and passing air through it. Passing air through the corona converts approximately 1-2% of the oxygen into ozone. Sonozaire uses the corona discharge method to produce ozone.
