Unoccupied-space shock treatment only
Sonozaire generators produce ozone at levels intended to treat empty spaces. People, pets, and plants must be out of the treated area during operation. Treat, then ventilate; ozone naturally reverts to oxygen before re-entry. Always operate within OSHA/EPA guidance.
Clear the space
Remove people, pets, and plants. Post a notice and seal the area so ozone stays contained.
Treat
Set the timer for the space size and severity, start the unit, and leave the area unoccupied for the full cycle.
Ventilate & re-enter
After the cycle, ventilate. Ozone decays back to clean oxygen. Re-enter only once the air has cleared.
