Warranty coverage

Sonozaire LLC will repair or replace, without charge, any equipment, parts or accessories that are defective in workmanship or material, provided:
- The defect occurs — and notice is given to the Company — within one (1) year from the date of purchase;
- The parts or accessories are returned to the factory, transportation prepaid; and
- The Company is satisfied the defect is traceable to original materials or workmanship.
Failure from environmental conditions beyond the equipment's specification, improper use, or inadequate maintenance is not a defect. The warranty is void if the equipment is altered or repaired by anyone other than the Company. This warranty is construed under the laws of the State of Texas.
