Quick answers

The questions we hear most, before and after the sale.

See all FAQs
How do I choose the right model?
Match your space: 105A for vehicles and small rooms, 115A for mid-size rooms and shops, 330A/630A for large spaces and facilities, and 5G for fixed installs. Or use the Find your Model quiz.
Is ozone safe?
Yes β€” when used as directed. Sonozaire units are unoccupied-space shock-treatment equipment: clear people, pets, and plants, treat the empty space, then ventilate before re-entry. So people aren't in the room during treatment, and afterward the ozone reverts to ordinary oxygen. See the Safety & SDS page and the printable "Do Not Enter" sign above.
How often does it need maintenance?
Cleaning frequency depends on how hard the unit runs. Outdoor units: every 1–3 months. Restoration use: every couple of jobs. Dry cleaners, hotels, vehicles, air-quality: every 2–3 months. See the Maintenance guide.
The unit isn't producing ozone β€” what should I check?
Confirm power and the door safety switch, check the fuse, and inspect the glass tube and electrodes for cracks or buildup. Full steps on the Troubleshooting page.
What's the warranty?
The Company repairs or replaces parts defective in workmanship or material within one (1) year of purchase, when returned to the factory. Improper use, inadequate maintenance, or repair by others voids coverage. Register your unit and read full terms on the Warranty & registration page.
