Common quick fixes
Start here before you call β most issues are on this list.
| Symptom | Likely cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Won't turn on | No power, tripped GFI, or cover not seated on the door safety switch | Check the receptacle/GFI and reseat the cover so the door switch closes. Check the main fuse. |
| No or low ozone | Glass tube not against the gasket, output set low, or dirty/oxidized glass & electrodes | Push the glass firmly to the gasket, raise the output knob, and clean the glass and electrodes (see Maintenance). |
| Snapping / arcing sound | Moisture or dirt inside the unit | Shut down and clean and dry the electrodes and glass thoroughly before restarting. |
| Main fuse keeps blowing | Shorted blower motor or variable transformer | Replace the failed component β order from parts. Do not bypass the fuse. |
